Easily Track Your Expenses - The goal of iBudget.us is to make tracking your expenses easy for you. As long as you have internet acces you can access your budget from any device such as your Phone, iPad, PC Computer, Mac Computer, Tablet, Internet TV and any other internet connected device. Apps will be coming for iPhone, Droid, and Windows Phone, but it is already so easy to use you won't even need an App. To give this a test drive login with Username: 'test' and Password '1234'.

With iBudget.us you put all of your expenses into three different categories
  • Variable
  • Fixed
  • Yearly

Variable Expense Category
This category has expenses that occur more than once each month or that might vary each month. Examples of this are Groceries, Entertainment, Gas for Cars, and so on.

Fixed Expense Category
People usually put items that are paid once a month in this category such as Rent or Mortgage, Electric Bill, Phone Bill, Car Payment, and any other one-time expense that consistently occurs each month.

Yearly Expense Category
These expenses are those that you pay over the course of a year. It might be one expense a year, or several expenses over the course of a year. If it a one-time payment per year, it should go in this category. If it is two payments a year it should go in this category.

How to Determine the Appropriate Category
It gets a little harder when looking at things like clothing. Do you put you clothing expenses in Variable, Fixed, or Yearly? The answer is always what works best for you. People will work their budgets differently. Use whatever works best for you!
